Sign in Microsoft Word
USPS EPM Extension for Microsoft® Office lets you electronically sign Word documents and seal them with the trusted USPS Electronic Postmark (USPS EPM).
Verify with USPS Trust
Just click the USPS EPM Service icon (blue eagle) in the Microsoft Word toolbar,
apply the USPS Electronic Postmark to your document (contract, letter, agreement, etc.) and sign.
This not only gives you the ability to verify document authenticity with a click of the USPS EPM signature block,
but you can also request a return receipt as proof of delivery.
Evidence of document authenticity is stored in the USPS EPM repository to ensure trusted non-repudiation of content.
